Extension A:
Lhasa/Gyangtse/Shigatse/Lhasa

Day 01: Lhasa/Yamdrok Yumtso/Gyangtse (B, L, D)
Leave Lhasa, transfer to Gyangtse. Stop off at the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake, one of the three holiest lakes in Tibet. Legend says that a fairy descending to the earth formed the bright turquoise blue lake. One the way, you will visit the Tibetan family. Overnight at Gyangtse.

Day 02: Gyangtse/Shigatse (B, L, D)
The tour will take you to the Palkhor Monastery and the marvellous octagonal Kunbum Stupa rising up within the walls with nine tiers, 75 chapels and 108 gates. and then onto Gyangtse Old Street. Transfer to Shigatse and check in hotel.

Day 03: Shigatse/Lhasa (B, L, D)
Visit the Tashilunpo Monastery and the New Palace of Panchen. Transfer back to Lhasa. Have a good rest.

Day 04: Lhasa/Chengdu/Shanghai (B)
Depart Lhasa and fly to Chengdu. Arrive Chengdu airport and fly to Shanghai directly.

Day 05: Depart Shanghai (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
