Tongli is a traditional town sometimes called the "Little Venice of the Orient". It is located in the south of Jiangsu province, 18 KM from Suzhou. The town preserved many bridges and gardens from the Ming and Qing dynasties. The most famous garden is Tuisiyuan, a Confucianism Suzhou style garden listed in UNESCO as a world heritage site. You can also walk through the old street whit pebble tracks or take a boat ride on the river.
